We now offer mobile printing! Click here and follow onscreen instructions to print from a mobile device or home computer, and then come to the Library the same day to pay for and pick up prints. Check our hours here. Regular printing fees apply.
Search our catalog
Our online catalog and mobile app let you:
- Find materials available at the Library as well as our digital resources online.
- Place holds on items and receive notifications when they become available for you to check out.
- Request materials that aren't in our collection by filling out a Purchase Suggestion (login required). Library staff will determine whether to purchase the item for our permanent collection or request an interlibrary loan for you from another nearby library. Please note: interlibrary loan service is only available to FRGML cardholders.

United Way 2-1-1 provides an easy way for everyone to access help with almost any challenge. Dialing 2-1-1 or texting 898 211 in McHenry County will connect you to a call center that will hep you access services including rent and utility assistance, food banks, affordable housing, health resources, child care, elderly care, financial counseling, job training, and much more. 2-1-1 is accessible to everyone and available 24/7/365 at no cost.
